The canvas fits your screen width, so field text and drag handles are tight. For the biggest canvas, tap focus mode in the toolbar and rotate to landscape. Importing rows, editing records and exporting all work normally here.
Data & Participant Photos
Import CSV data from Google Forms, Eventbrite, Zoom, or Typeform, quick-add names, and match participant photos.
CSV, TSV, XLSX or JSON — or a whole folder of participant photos. Nothing leaves your device.
Map Columns to Document Fields
Confirm which columns in your data match your document elements. New CSV column? Re-import the file, then bind any overlay anytime via Inspector → CSV Column.
Left: overlay element on your design · Right: CSV column feeding it · (new) = column from this file that wasn't in the last import.
Switching re-reads the file and rebuilds the column list below.
Mark a field Required if a blank value should block the export instead of just being left empty.
Quick Add From Lines
Use this when you have a bare list of names and nothing else — no spreadsheet to hand.
Each line becomes one record. Card IDs are generated for you. Up to 5,000 lines at a time.
Add Single Row
Use this for one-off entries, or to type a row in by hand. Use "Add Empty Row" in the table below to append a blank row you then fill in.
Active Records (2)
Bulk Generation Preflight
Render and package all participant records locally into high-resolution ZIP or print-ready PDF.
Exports follow the Data tab filter.
Replaces every text value with a placeholder so a proof can be sent to a client without exposing the roster. Photos and QR codes are left alone.
Made with BatchCanvas watermark in the bottom corner.
The rest of the batch was written normally. Retry just these to fill the gap.
One image per record in a single ZIP — email, upload, archives.
Single print-ready file, single pages or grid sheets — print shops.
Advanced: individual PDFs, folder streaming, preview card
One PDF per record bundled in a ZIP, files streamed straight to a disk folder (Chromium), or the single card shown in the designer.
Studio Settings
Card ID rules, export speed, device storage, snapshots and reset — everything stays in your browser.
Automatic ID & Category Prefix Mappings
Auto-detected from CSV imports or edit manually (e.g. Workshop=WS or VIP=VIP)
Export Speed
Higher speed uses more CPU cores during exports
Storage Usage & Quota
100% stored offline in local IndexedDB browser storage
Pro License & White-Label Pass
BatchCanvas runs 100% in your browser. Enter a Pro license key or activate a free 24-hour white-label pass with zero network requests.
Checked on this device only. The signature is verified locally in your browser and the key never leaves it.
One-time payment. Lifetime white-label batch printing with zero subscriptions.
Backup & Share Project (.studio.json)
Save a complete snapshot of your template, layers, spreadsheet records, column mappings, and print geometry to reuse on any device.
Saved Project Snapshots
Snapshots freeze your template, layers, rows and layout on this device only — switch designs without re-uploading anything.
No local snapshots saved yet. Use "Save Snapshot" above to freeze the current template, layers, rows and layout on this device.
My Templates
A template keeps the artwork, the layers and the print setup — but not your rows. Apply one to start the next job with the same design already in place, then import fresh data.
No templates saved yet. Use "Save as Template" in the Designer's Template panel.
Anonymous Usage Counting
We count page views and completed exports to see which features are used. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no personal data. Turning this off stops all of it, and the site keeps working exactly the same.
Your documents, spreadsheets, photos and license key are never transmitted under any setting. Only an anonymous count of pages viewed and exports finished.
Desktop Browser Notifications
Receive an instant desktop notification when long PDF or ZIP batch rendering finishes in the background.
Storage Reset & Factory Defaults
Everything below deletes local data. Autosaved work in the designer is kept unless stated.
Deletes cached templates, fonts and photos. Your layers and rows stay.
Deletes all records, photos, templates and snapshots on this device.
Resets layers, records and print settings to factory defaults. Card ID rules, custom fonts, duplex and bleed settings are kept. Saved snapshots stay.
